Triple Gold Triumph Across the Board! ABIC Clinches Special Grand Prize and 3 Gold Medals with Congratulations of the Jury at IEIG 2026

The InnoHK Advanced Biomedical Instrumentation Centre (ABIC) is proud to announce its delegation's landmark success at the 51st International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva (IEIG), held in Switzerland from 11-15 March 2026. In a full sweep of the exhibition’s highest distinctions across ABIC’s three breakthrough projects, one innovation was awarded the “Special Grand Prize – Prize of the Chinese Delegation”; while all three entries were each conferred “Gold Medals with Congratulations of the Jury”, reinforcing ABIC’s profound scientific merits and transformative potential to redefine global healthcare.

These across-the-board accolades highlight ABIC’s rigorous commitment to bridging the gap between sophisticated laboratory research and clinical application, further solidifying China Hong Kong’s standing as a preeminent hub for world-class I&T leadership. Congratulations to our researchers and project investigators for their recognized dedication to elevating the region’s international prominence and supporting the vital development of the nation’s biomedical innovation ecosystem.
