HKU Start-up Talent Meetup

Prof. Anderson Shum, the Centre Director of the Advanced Biomedical Instrumentation Centre (ABIC) and the Associate Vice-President (Research and Innovation) at The University of Hong Kong (HKU), delivered an opening remark in the HKU Start-up Talent Meetup held on 22 February 2024. 

The meetup event not only facilitated talent recruitment for start-ups but also offered a unique opportunity to engage with shortlisted talents from the Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS). ABIC’s project leaders and representatives from its spin-off companies, OptoC Technology Limited and MicroDiagnostics Limited, introduced their innovative products and shared their future directions with the talented attendees.
