iCANX Davos Summit 2024

The iCANX Davos Summit 2024, held on 11-12 July, brought together world-leading figures from various fields to share their latest achievements, insights, and leadership in Innovation, Science, Technology, Investment, Management, and Entrepreneurship (ISTIME). We are proud to announce that the Advanced Biomedical Instrumentation Centre (ABIC) has achieved remarkable success at this prestigious event.

ABIC is honored to have won the third prize of Startup Award. The iCANX Startup Award is a new annual event launched this year, aimed at accelerating and fostering the transfer of scientific and technological innovations from academia to the international market and industry community.

Representing ABIC, our Centre Director, Prof. Anderson Shum, was granted the privilege of delivering a presentation in Davos, Switzerland, where he shared a comprehensive overview of the Centre’s distinct qualities, projects and cutting-edge business model.
Additionally, we are delighted to congratulate our Co-Principal Investigator, Prof. Lizhi Xu, on attaining the prestigious iCANX Young Scientist Award. This award, established in 2021, recognizes and encourages the outstanding contributions of leading young scientists worldwide.
