Job Responsibilities:
- Working on a collaborative project on developing new and automated strategies to establish complex respiratory organoid models for disease modeling and drug screening.
Skills and Requirements:
- Field of study: PhD in a subject relevant to the project, such as molecular and cell biology, genetics, or biomedical engineering, or be due to complete a PhD within 6 months.
- Preferably with research experience in disease modeling, sterile culture techniques, stem cell culture, and organoids.
- Research experience in tissue analysis by immunohistochemistry and light microscopy techniques, cell biological assays including live imaging and biochemical readouts would also be useful.
This is a training position suitable for you if you have recently completed your doctoral studies, or you are looking to move into a new research discipline and/or need to further develop your research skills.
